How to order products from the Luxador.ee online store?
Ordering from Luxador.ee is very simple. To order products, select the items and add them to the shopping cart by clicking “Add to cart.” Once you have finished selecting, open the cart by clicking on the cart icon at the top right corner. To place an order, click “View Cart,” review your selected products, and adjust the quantities. To increase the quantity of products, click the “+” button, and to remove products, click the “-” button. Once you are ready to finalize the order, click “Proceed to Checkout.”
How do I receive an invoice?
The invoice will be sent to your email immediately after you pay for your order at the bank. Additionally, we will send the invoice along with the ordered products.
What is a discount code?
A discount code is a one-time code that allows you to pay for products up to 100% or gives a certain discount on your order.
How to use a discount code?
If you have a personal discount code or a promotional code, enter it in the “Add discount code” field and click “Apply.” Make sure the products eligible for the discount are marked with a discounted price.
Why can't I use the TERVIS17 discount code?
The TERVIS17 discount code is valid only for new customers on their first purchase. If your purchase exceeds 29 EUR, the 17% discount is extended for an additional 90 days. You can extend this discount further with subsequent purchases.
If I am a regular customer at Luxador.ee, what is my maximum possible discount?
If you order products worth more than 29 EUR within at least 90 days, your maximum personal discount is 40%. Learn more here: https://www.luxador.ee/en/health-club
How do I know when my regular customer discount is about to expire?
If you do not make a purchase within 90 days, your regular customer discount will drop by one level. To prevent this, we will send you a reminder 7 days and 1 day before your discount expires.
Can I modify my order if I've already paid?
If you notice an error in your order, please contact our customer service immediately at +372 58 363 123 so we can cancel your order before it is shipped.
How is delivery handled?
Ordered products are delivered to Itella SmartPOST parcel machines. Within Estonia, delivery to a parcel machine is free for orders over 29 EUR. You can only order to a SmartPOST machine to ensure the quality of the products and protect your health products from extreme heat in summer and cold in winter. Our products are meant to be stored at room temperature.
How quickly will the ordered products arrive?
Products usually reach your chosen SmartPOST parcel machine within 3-5 business days. SmartPOST will send an SMS notification with a door code when your package has arrived at the parcel machine.
Do you send packages to other parcel machines?
To ensure that your Luxador health products are protected from extreme temperature fluctuations and reach you safely, we only use Itella SmartPOST parcel machines.
Do you deliver orders to foreign countries?
Currently, we do not deliver products to foreign countries.
What should I do if I cannot pick up the goods sent to the SmartPOST parcel machine?
If you cannot collect the package, please contact Luxador.ee customer service immediately at +372 58 363 123.
Can I get a refund if SmartPOST returns my package?
Refunds will not be issued if the buyer fails to collect their package from the parcel machine and it is returned to the seller. You should consult a lawyer on this matter.
Why can't I see the discounts and offers for products in the Luxador online store?
To see and receive discounts in the Luxador online store, you must log in or create an account to benefit from the discounts offered to Health Club members.
How do I register as a Health Club member?
Becoming a Health Club member is very simple! Just create an account in the Luxador.ee online store, and you can start enjoying offers exclusive to Health Club members.
Do I need to register as a user to place an order?
No, you don’t. You can order products as a guest or as a registered customer. However, if you plan to order from iPharma in the future, we recommend creating an account. Your account allows you to view your order history, and placing an order is easier and quicker thanks to pre-filled address fields. Additionally, only registered users, i.e., Health Club members, receive unique and increasing discounts on all products if they order at least 29 EUR worth of products once every 3 months.
What discounts are available in the Luxador online store?
The Luxador store offers both campaign-based discounts and discount codes.
Can ordered products be returned?
Yes, of course. Purchased products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product to be returned must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How do product returns work?
If your package arrived at a SmartPOST blue parcel machine, it can be returned for free using the same door code, selecting a suitable blue parcel machine across Estonia. If the package arrived at a SmartPOST white parcel machine or pick-up point, the return can be arranged through the SmartPOST self-service environment using the shipment number (barcode). You can choose to return it from either a white or blue parcel machine across Estonia. As a result, the customer will receive a door code to insert the returned product into the desired parcel machine.
Who pays the shipping costs when returning products?
The shipping costs for returning products that meet the terms of the sales agreement are covered by the buyer. The seller covers the shipping costs for returning products that do not meet the terms of the sales agreement.
How quickly is the money refunded for returned products?
The money paid for the product will be refunded to the buyer’s bank account within three business days after the products and packaging are checked at the warehouse. Ordered goods that are unopened and unused can be returned within 14 days.
What payment options are available in the Luxador online store?
You can pay via Swedbank, SEB Pank, Luminor Pank, COOP Pank, and LHV Pank.
Can I pay for the products in installments?
Yes, for purchases of at least 36 EUR, Luxador offers the option to “buy now, pay later” via ESTO AS. For further questions, please contact customer service at klienditeenindus@luxador.ee or call +372 58 363 123 during business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00).
How can I keep track of the installment due date?
Don’t worry! ESTO AS will notify you by email when your payment due date is approaching.
Can I pay by invoice at the Luxador online store?
Paying by invoice is not available in our store. Thanks to the Montonio payment solution, we are connected to all Estonian banking systems, allowing you to pay for your order easily. After making the payment, the invoice will be sent immediately to the email address you provided.
I forgot my account password. What should I do now?
Don’t worry! Go to the login page and click on “Forgot Password.” Enter the email address you used to register at Luxador.ee and click the “Reset Password” button. If you still cannot change your password, please contact customer service at klienditeenindus@luxador.ee or call +372 58 363 123 during business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00).
